Kink U series of bootblacking videos, hosted by Titans of the Midwest and the LA&M. Episode 4 features Alistair (he/him, trans masc) a UK bootblack who lives in rural West Wales on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. Alistair’s grandfather introduced him to the concept of caring for your boots when he was young, and his father taught him to spitshine Royal Navy style. He is family bootblack for the UK KRueL Leather Family and is currently serving as European Bootblack 2020. One of his favourite products is a traditional English dubbin, Wrens, which has been made to the same recipe since 1889, and smells divine, like something you’d use in the shower!
In episode 7, Alistair focuses on Floggers, Paddles and Quirts (oh my!) and how to sanitize and care for your leather toys.
